Sherwood Public School, established in 1984, is the founding school of the Sherwood Group of Institutions. The 4-acre campus has comprehensive facilities for outdoor and indoor games: cricket, basketball, football, badminton, table tennis, etc. The school is affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, for ICSE (X) and ISC (XII) Examinations.
The school since its inception has brought a major change in the techniques and methodologies of imparting early education and has provided an environment that stimulates creative minds discovering absolute and innate ideas and encourages growth of its students and teachers. A place where the growth and development of teachers is equally important as the students. We have ensured excellence in every aspect like physical, emotional and intellectual by working closely with our students and teachers to broaden an environment and build a perspective filled with sincerity and generosity.
Sherwood Public School believes that Knowledge and Wisdom is like a ray of sunshine. It lightens and enlightens. Therefore, we help students make books their best friends forever by showing them the adventure of reading a book. Not only academics but anything that interests their reading palate through our library.
Sherwood Public School is truly honoured and humbled for recognitions and certification that has been awarded to it for compassionate learning and holistic education. The certifications and accreditations are our encouragement for the efforts that have been put forth by our teachers, administrators and the genius students.
Teachers at Sherwood Public School are our gems. We value hard work, effort, responsibility and team spirit while imparting education to students and shaping their lives in every sphere of the school life. Teachers at Sherwood are valued and given equal opportunities to grow in their career graph with value addition and continuous learning process.
Sherwood Public School endeavours to provide education on Public School lines which combines Occidental Science with Oriental Philosophy.
